- This high growth FinTech is headquartered in the UK, with operations across Europe. Their Software as a Service (SaaS) solution provides financial institutions with the tools to fight fraud by protecting customer data and the legitimacy of third party interactions. Since starting up in 2018 they’ve been on an exciting journey. Through organic growth and acquisition, they are already considered a market leader in their technology space with an impressive list of high profile global clients. With ambitious plans for the future they will expand the team by 50% in 2022; continue to reinvest in their people and systems; open into various new global markets; and develop and launch new complimentary products and services.As a result, they have created two new Product Manager openings.The role• Responsible for product development from ideation to deployment, monitoring the market, understanding how live products are used and liaising with other teams within the company.• Defining and describing the product as seen by the customer and documenting the promise, benefits, processes and components to be delivered, along with relevant planning and delivery considerations.• Appraise new product ideas.• Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.• Provide source data for product line communications by defining product descriptions including functional and non-functional features and benefits, working to ensure that marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.• Develop time-line and deployment strategies and plans• Ensure that the legal, technical and operational deliveries are harmonised.• Work with customer facing teams on go live communication and strategy.• Provide product information for management by preparing reports and dashboards using analytics toolsExperience requested• Experience in Product Management and/or Product Marketing, ideally from a Financial Services or FinTech industry environment.• Knowledge of Open Banking, Finance, API, or financial transaction processing is highly beneficial.• Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mind-set• Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.• Intellectual leadership, drive, urgency and focus whilst conducting your day to day operations with honesty and integrity.• Customer first, thinking mind set
