Responsibilities:
• Lead a fast growing and innovative User Growth marketing team (5 reports currently) with relentless focus on the customer experience and outcomes.
• Inspire the team to find new profitable channels to grow their global customer base.
• Identify opportunities with external service providers including advertising platforms, affiliate partners, mobile marketing tools, and acquisition partners
• Identify opportunities internally (other customer groups), collaborating with Product and Sales teams to define and execute acquisition initiatives
• Drive paid user acquisition across different channels and platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google, search ads, affiliates, etc.)
• Analyse the performance of acquisition efforts, uncovering opportunities that will reach growth targets
• Critically evaluate our current processes, overhauling these where necessary to drive efficiencies and improve team performance
• Improve sales productivity by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools, enabling the team to work smarter
• Partner with the analytics and product to help drive acquisition initiatives
• Prepare monthly/quarterly presentations to executives and other internal teams
• Ability to create end-to-end reporting and forecasting models that drive customer acquisition.
• Help develop processes and frameworks that will scale with a growing organization
• Help evaluate, integrate, and deploy tools critical to our success including -- tracking, attribution, ASO, analytics and monetization solutions.
• Stay current with all acquisition best practices and help disseminate this knowledge through the team.
We’re looking for:
• Proven track record in performance-based acquisition marketing.
• Demonstrable experience building a Consumer subscriber / user / customer base
• Multi country market exposure eg Europe, EMEA, global, etc.
• Strong leadership experience in building and developing marketing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
